“KD’s stompin’ grounds on the Westside of Birmingham was severely affected by the series of deadly tornadoes that passed through on April 27th and destroyed many places that were special to KD and many residents in that area. However, the biggest national disaster since 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina has been overlooked in many people’s eyes. God bless anyone who has contributed to the relief efforts in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa and the rest of Alabama, and if you still want to donate or volunteer please do so to help build back the neighborhoods and communities that were devastated.
